Terms
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of information on this Web Site, the publisher reserves the right to change any specification without notice. As such, all photographs are as a guide only, and may not necessarily represent the product on offer. Customers must ensure that goods are suitable for the purpose intended. All items are subject to availability. All prices are subject to fluctuation without notice. However prices agreed at time of purchase will not change in final billing. Any sizes, capacities and dimensions quoted are approximate and for guidance only.
All Customer details are kept in strict confidence and comply with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Delivery and Shipping Policy
Our low rate International and UK offshore shipping charges are displayed during checkout. All UK mainland shipments are charged at a nominal fee of £2.00, £5.00 throughout the EEC and £10.00 for other International countries. Delivery is mostly between 7 and 14 normal working days, depending on the item being in stock. Once despatched, Naturalife Wholefoods Limited cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
For UK orders, goods should normally be received within 5 working days. Overseas orders should normally be received within 10 working days. We will usually use Royal Mail or a secure courier service for delivery of goods to UK mainland addresses. Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order and obtain a refund. We will attempt to deliver your order to your delivery address. If products are returned to us as undeliverable, we shall refund the price of the products less £5 or the products (whichever is less) to cover our postal and administrative costs. For security reasons, overseas orders will only be delivered to the cardholder’s billing address.
Damaged, Defective Goods and Cancellation Rights
We supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months (or longer if required by law) from the date of delivery. You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find damage or a defect you must tell us within 7 days.
Refund and Returns Policy (Unwanted Goods)
In accordance with the new European Directive on distance selling, which has been incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Act) Regulations 2000, you as the consumer have the right to cancel your order with us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Day one to be the day after you receive the goods. You will have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us, all other monies will be returned within 30 days date from cancellation, on the understanding that the goods are returned in the condition of which they are received. If we have not received our goods back within that time, the Regulations allows us to deduct what it would cost us to retrieve the goods from you the consumer. We will however not accept back goods that have been used.
All returned goods must be in mint condition and suitable for re-sale. All returns and requests must be authorised in advance by Naturalife Wholefoods Limited or an authorised representative. No out of date products may be returned unless permission is sought from the manufacturer. Goods may not be returned within three months or after twelve months from receipt by the customer. Faulty products must be returned complete in orginal packageing, part or loose items are not acceptable. Returns must be sent to Naturalife Wholefoods Limited within one month of written authorisation being received, otherwise they may not be accepted. All returns must have an authorised returns label and should be clearly addressed to:-
